Shipping Policy

Made to order. Every Castrelly piece is printed after you order it, so your item ships in two stages: production, then delivery.

Production time: 1-5 business days

Delivery time (after production):

• United States: [3-7] business days
• International: [7-20] business days, depending on the destination

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates: [US Shipping calculated at checkout. Free shipping on US orders over $59.] International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility, and we don't control or know these charges in advance.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship it if you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in [10] business days, or your order hasn't arrived within [30] days of shipping, email us at [your email] and we'll investigate and make it right.

Order changes and cancellations: Because production starts quickly, you have [12 hours] after ordering to request an address change or cancellation. After that, we can't guarantee we can stop production.
